Home Time:

• Return home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
• Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles, allowing you to balance family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, which are equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
• You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight:

• Primarily engaged in dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Minimal physical work required, allowing you to focus on driving and maximizing your efficiency.

Pay and Miles:

• Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 per week, depending on mileage and performance.
• Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Routes cover Vermont, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
• All tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
