Public Involvement Specialist
job summary:
Public Involvement Specialists needed in Akron OH or Greensburg PA with a leading Engineering and Construction Company. he Public Involvement Specialist will conduct communication and public outreach services for a suite of electrical upgrades supporting renewable energy development in the area. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree in a related field.

responsibilities:
- Coordination of communication and public involvement activities on multi-year permitting, siting and construction projects.
- Develop project communication strategies and developing communication and public outreach plans.
- Interact with various stakeholders affected by project construction activities, managing project commitments to the public and act as the liaison between project managers, contractors, and the public.
- Provide service to the client by being available for issue resolution, providing information updates and promoting a positive public image.
