**This is a combo role of doing both sales manager and finance manager job duties**

What You’ll Do:

Finance Leadership

• Guide customers through financing options and present protection products that enhance their ownership experience.
• Structure profitable, compliant deals that meet all regulatory requirements.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close transactions efficiently.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely funding on all deals.

Sales Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier sales team.
• Lead with a focus on performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
• Engage directly with customers to support sales associates in closing deals.
• Manage inventory and lot merchandising to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the BDC to optimize lead management and follow-up.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience : Minimum 2 years as an Automotive Finance Manager and Sales Manager.
• Proven Results : Strong track record in product sales, finance penetration, and team leadership.
• Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of dealership finance, insurance, and sales operations.
• Tech-Savvy : Confident in presenting digital products and using CRM/BDC tools.
• Detail-Oriented : Strong documentation, compliance, and organizational skills.
• Lender Relationships : Established connections with finance institutions (references required).
• Extras : Notary license is a plus.
