Sales/Finance Manager Role

**This is a combo role of doing both sales manager and finance manager job duties**
What You’ll Do:
Finance Leadership
- Guide customers through financing options and present protection products that enhance their ownership experience.
- Structure profitable, compliant deals that meet all regulatory requirements.
- Desk deals, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close transactions efficiently.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely funding on all deals.
Sales Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor a top-tier sales team.
- Lead with a focus on performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
- Engage directly with customers to support sales associates in closing deals.
- Manage inventory and lot merchandising to maximize visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the BDC to optimize lead management and follow-up.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience : Minimum 2 years as an Automotive Finance Manager and Sales Manager.
- Proven Results : Strong track record in product sales, finance penetration, and team leadership.
- Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of dealership finance, insurance, and sales operations.
- Tech-Savvy : Confident in presenting digital products and using CRM/BDC tools.
- Detail-Oriented : Strong documentation, compliance, and organizational skills.
- Lender Relationships : Established connections with finance institutions (references required).
- Extras : Notary license is a plus.
