Compensation Range: $50-58/hron W2 ONLY

Job Description:
The Sr. Visual Design Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital and print (2D) marketing assets, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and delivered on time.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of 2D marketing and communications projects from kickoff through delivery

• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables for digital and print creative projects

• Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scope and complexity

• Facilitate collaboration between design, marketing, and internal stakeholders

• Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and project reviews

• Track project progress and proactively address risks, roadblocks, and timeline conflicts

• Manage project documentation including briefs, statements of work, and reporting

• Assign tasks and manage team workload across creative resources

• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and marketing expectations

• Identify and implement improvements to project management processes and workflows

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 8 years of project management experience supporting creative or marketing teams

  • Experience managing 2D design projects such as marketing collateral, paid media, and digital assets

  • Agency or in-house creative agency environment experience

  • Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously with varying scopes

  • Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills

  • Experience using Workfront or the ability to quickly learn similar project management platforms

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with marketing communications teams

  • Knowledge of website or digital production workflows
