Imagine helping a new homeowner choose the perfect palette or guiding a seasoned contractor to the right coating for a tough job. As a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, Paint & Coatings with The Pittsburgh Paints Company in Canonsburg, PA , you’ll turn questions into confidence and plans into finished work.
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00 per hour starting pay, with weekly pay .

When You’ll Work
Part-time: 25–32 hours/week , scheduled within these store hours:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Your Impact
- Be the first friendly face: welcome retail and wholesale customers and identify solutions fast.
- Perform expert color services: mix, tint, and match paint with accuracy.
- Keep operations flowing: stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, well-presented store.
- Handle transactions: take orders and payments in person, by phone, online, and through email using our POS system.
- Support deliveries: safely move product; training available to drive a company vehicle for local drop-offs.
- Collaborate and communicate: report to the Store Manager and contribute to a positive team culture.
What You’ll Bring
- 18+ years of age.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license in your state of residence and an acceptable driving record.
- Customer-centered approach, team mindset, and a stable employment history.
- Flexibility for retail hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
- Physical readiness: able to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift and carry up to 80 lbs periodically and 50 lbs regularly .
