Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Sales
Gerhart’s Landscaping is a well-established provider of commercial and residential landscape maintenance services, recognized for its commitment to quality, growth, safety, education, integrity, and teamwork. As the company’s first dedicated Landscape Maintenance and Snow Sales Representative, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and lead the sales function, directly impacting the company’s growth and client relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of landscaping services who is eager to build lasting partnerships and drive business success in a supportive, values-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new commercial and residential maintenance contracts
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with production managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Track and report sales performance using Aspire software
- Represent Gerhart’s Landscaping as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the landscape industry, with a focus on commercial and residential maintenance preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of landscaping services and understanding of seasonal client needs
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently
Compensation
$100,000 – $175,000 total compensation (base + commission)
