Samples Assistant
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- •Excellent organizational skills

- •Exhibit clear communication skills with team members
- •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- •Ability to kneel, lift, bend, twist and push in the normal course of work
- •Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- •Experience in finishing wood
- •Experience with standard wood manufacturing equipment
- •Familiarity with Google Sheets
RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Daily set-up and clean-up
- •Accurate and neat finishing of all samples, submittal-sets, mock-ups
- •Grading & cutting-up sample material / submittal stock
- •Effectively and efficiently sand edges on all sample material
- •Follow guidelines for packing-up mock-ups & submittal sets
- •Follow guidelines for packing-up, labeling, including instructions for TUK(s), re-coats
- •Use of production and wood shop equipment with supervision
- •Tally and take inventory of reSAWN Product & Flooring inventory
