Automotive Collision Center Manager
5+ Body Shop Technician Experience Required.
Collision Management Experience Preferred.
A leading dealership in the South-Central Pennsylvania area is seeking to hire a Collision Center Manager to oversee collision repairs, manage employees, and more. Our Collision Center is equipped with advanced technology and staffed by skilled professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, body shop knowledge, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee collision repairs, manage employees and daily body shop operations
- Coordinate daily collision repair production to meet deadlines and maintain strict quality standards
- Manage and schedule work for body shop employees
- Check quality of completed work
- Maximize profit and control expenses
- Manage Direct Repair Programs for insurance companies
- Maintain shop equipment in good working condition
- Other duties may be assigned
