CNC Machine Operator

Our client is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be a part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Glen Rock, PA

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: 2nd Monday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machines for routing wood and plastics to meet production requirements.
• Alter G Code, feed rates, and spindle speeds to ensure precision and quality.
• Use precision measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers for quality control.
• Drive forklift to organize materials and manage inventory for production needs.
• Perform routine maintenance and small repairs on CNC equipment to ensure optimal operation.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in manufacturing or CNC operations.
• Ability to read part prints and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and capable of operating hand tools.
