Overview

Position Details:
- This position is full-time (40 hrs/week) on-site position paying $17/hr.
- Our offices are located at 1215 Manor Dr., Suite 101, Mechanicsburg, 17055
- The hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 6pm or something similar. No weekends.
- Benefits start on Day One.
How you'll make an impact
In this role, you'll provide essential clerical and administrative support to our field offices. You'll handle tasks like printing and mailing documents, updating claims with tracking information, and ensuring a 24-hour turnaround time. You'll also scan, file, and prepare documents to keep our operations running smoothly.
Your work will directly support our mission to deliver exceptional service and outcomes for our clients.
About You
Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year transferrable work experience within an office environment. Ability to pass any required licensing exams within three attempts. Excellent written, verbal and mathematic skills. Working knowledge of current PC software such as Word and Excel. Familiar with medical terminology.
