Your Role:

As our Sales Operations Manager , you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for:

• Generating leads and exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating contracts with prospective clients and preparing quotes.
• Building relationships through networking events.
• Coordinating sales initiatives with our marketing programs.
• Developing and executing operations strategies aligned with our company goals.
• Promoting and understanding our company programs.
• Submitting sales contracts and maintaining client records.
• Visiting clients to assess their needs and promote our products.
• Implementing performance management systems to track progress.
• Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service.
• Overseeing various operations, including finances and quality assurance.
• Participating in a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience with a solid understanding of the sales process.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and in tight spaces (including attics).
• Proficiency in computers and various software applications.
• Willingness to pass a pulmonary fit test.
