Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dedicated School Psychologist is sought for an elementary school setting in Bethlehem, PA, to fill a leave replacement contract position. This role is ideal for a professional with a PA Psych License and appropriate clearances, eager to support an elementary caseload of 30-50 students. The contract begins immediately and extends through October 31, with strong potential to continue through December for miscellaneous work and early intervention services from January through June.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students in grades K-5.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective interventions.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed to support student well-being.
• Assist in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with state and district policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Psychologist License.
• Up-to-date clearances required by state regulations.
• Experience working with elementary school-age children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30-50 students efficiently.

Position Details:

• Contract: Leave replacement

• Hours: 35 per week, 5 days per week
• Schedule: Hybrid option available with up to 3 days remote work per week
