SHIFT HOURS: 9:00 pm to 5:30 am Monday to Friday. Must be able to work occasional overtime on a weekend day

HOURLY PAY : $15.00/hr + $.50/hr shift premium and $2/hr coordinator add-on

PURPOSE: To perform cleanup functions in and around the production plant during working shifts in order to maintain a reasonably safe and hygienic work/production environment by disposing of refuse, cleaning equipment and resources, and maintaining grounds in and around the plant. In addition, the Coordinator will help assign work assignments, complete reports, and assist in supervising the Sanitation crew when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior manufacturing or industrial cleaning experience
• Basic leadership experience in Sanitation or similar role
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Availability and willingness to work overtime and in areas as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness and ability to work safely, efficiently and carefully.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Shovel snow and treat outside surfaces in winter.
• Willingness to do what is asked even if it is not in the job description.
• Ability to fully communicate in English (read, write, speak, understand).
