We believe that exceptional service is as important as exceptional food, and we're looking for Servers who are passionate about hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Server who is personable, professional, and attentive to detail. This position is crucial for providing a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This position is everything. You'll be responsible for greeting guests promptly, talking through the menu with ease & grace, taking orders discreetly & accurately, delivering food & beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. You will also be a part of the dining room team (along with Support Staff, Hosts, Bartenders, and Managers) who are all responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all guest-facing and service areas.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly
• Speak about the menu from a place of authority while maintaining an approachable vibe
• Answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system while using appropriate discretionary coursing for best guest experience
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members
• Adhere to all sanitation and food safety procedures, as well as alcohol service regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent memory for orders and guest preferences
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods and handling physical tasks
• A team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
• Punctual and dependable
