Job Description: Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Washington, PA
Company: General Placement Service
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of commercial lines accounts, including policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing questions, and renewals
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and insurance carriers
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the agency’s management system
- Assist producers and account managers in marketing new and renewal business
- Help resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and customer service
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
- Active PA Property & Casualty license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Applied Epic is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
