Location: Huntington Park, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Every Other Weekend

About the Role:

Think of this as more than a receptionist job. You’ll be the first smile people see, the voice of calm and clarity on the phone, and the behind-the-scenes organizer of all things admin.

If you're someone who can juggle a ringing phone, a visitor sign-in, and a vendor delivery—all while offering a warm welcome—this is your stage.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Be the first impression: Greet visitors, vendors, and families with kindness and professionalism.

• Channel your inner call center champ: Answer, transfer, and direct phone calls like a pro.

• Embrace the clerical life: Filing, copying, organizing—your desk is your domain.

• Track and report: Stay on top of documentation and daily logs (don’t worry, we’ll train you).

• Keep things running smoothly: Help with daily operations and assist various departments.

What You Bring to the Lobby:

• A positive attitude and a professional appearance

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfort with basic office technology (phones, copiers, computers)

• The ability to multitask without losing your cool

• Experience in healthcare or a similar setting is a plus, but not required
