Responsibilities

* Provide individual therapy to a diverse client population

* Conduct intakes, diagnose, and create treatment plans

* Maintain timely documentation using our EHR

* Carry a caseload of 15 clients per week (option to see more)

* Participate in team meetings, consultation, trainings, and supervision

Qualifications

* Master’s degree in counseling, social work, MFT, or related field

* Licensed or license-eligible in PA (LAPC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT)

* Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes

* Strong communication and professional boundaries

* Comfort working with diverse populations

* Comfortable with technology (Google workspace, EHR)

* Ability to work in-office part of the week

* Must pass background check
