Pro Mechanical Services Co. is seeking Industrial Painters. Must have at least 2 years of Industrial type experience. Automotive painting experience is preferred. Please apply or call 513-449-4004 if interested, these positions are immediate hire!
(Pay review and pay raise at 90 days! Pay raise at 1 year of employment as well!)
Job Duties of Industrial Painter:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed
- Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings to surfaces in accordance with specifications
- Operate and maintain spray guns, pressure pots, and other painting equipment
- Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards and correct any defects
- Follow safety protocols including proper use of PPE and ventilation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or other technical documents
- Assist with routine maintenance of painting equipment and tools
Job Requirements for Industrial Painter:
- Pass a paint test
- Experience with a pressure pot system
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of experience in industrial painting or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with different types of coatings and surface preparation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
- Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations related to painting and coatings
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
Job Info for Industrial Painter:
- Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift available
- Pay: $25- $32 based on experience and including shift differential.
- Health insurance available after 90 days of employment.
- PTO is offered during first 30 days of employment.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8- 10 hours per day and some Saturdays.
