Showroom Admin

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Window and Door Showroom Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our showroom, providing administrative support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing information about our window and door products.
- Address customer inquiries as they visit the showroom
- Greet applicants and contact hiring managers
- Set appointments with qualified homeowners
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain showroom inventory, ensuring all products are properly displayed
- Manage and deliver mail
- Data entry of sweepstakes and appointments daily
- Submit applications for events
- Place cards and confirmation calls for RSVP dinners
Maintaining the Showroom:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the showroom to create an appealing environment for customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update promotional displays and materials.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain reports on showroom performance and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the window and door industry is advantageous.
