Recruiter
We are partnered with a manufacturing team in Malvern looking for a contract to hire recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have several years of high volume recruitment in a technical or manufacturing environment or in a similar fast paced industry. This is a fully onsite position. salary: $25 - $26 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Sourcing Specialized Talent: Finding qualified candidates through industry-specific job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screening and Assessment: Evaluating candidates’ technical skills (e.g., machinery, safety standards) and, according to, optimizing the candidate experience through quick,, engaging, and often AI-assisted processes to reduce turnover.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conducting, or arranging for, hands-on skill demonstrations to ensure technical proficiency.
- Negotiation and Placement: Managing the offer process, negotiating salaries and, according to, helping candidates consider total compensation including bonuses and long-term career growth.
- Partner with HR: Acting as an extension of internal HR teams to speed up hiring, specifically to handle "hard-to-fill" roles and overcome industry-negative perceptions, as shown in.
