CBRN Defense Analyst

Position Description & Qualifications

Are you ready for your next challenge? Serco is seeking an experienced professional to support OPNAV N96 who is responsible for determining surface combatant force levels, shipboard and related support requirements, and major characteristics of programs involving weapon systems, cruisers, destroyers, frigates, command ships, patrol craft, and littoral combat ships. N96 executes planning, preparation, and execution in support of this mission.

The candidate for this position will provide on-site support, logistic analysis, and integration support to N96 in accordance with DoD program management policies for CBRN DEFENSE Shape, Sense, Shield and Sustain Programs

In this role you will:

• Provide expert level technical and analytical support for all CBRN DEFENSE Shape, Sense, Shield and Sustain Programs to OPNAV N96C4.

• Provide strategic analysis and well-integrated/coordinated support for N96C4 CBRN Defense (Shield and Sense programs) in accordance withDepartment of Defense program management and Acquisition oversight policies and strategies.

• Conduct CDD document review and comment on CBRN programs.

• Collect, analyze and disseminate programmatic data to support key stakeholders

• Monitor and report on programs and projects to ensure proper CBRN inventory management is included in program management and resourcing.

• Maintain and track internal and external taskers.

• Maintain daily liaison with other N96 branch leadership.

• Participate in Government/Contractor meetings as well as other interagency government meetings as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Active SECRET security clearance.

• US Citizenship

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in CBRN DEFENSE Shape, Sense, Shield and Sustain Programs

• Ability to produce briefing slides, metric charts, program schedules, and organizational charts.

• Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

• 10% travel required.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Support staff experience at OPNAV, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR/NAVWAR or Program Exective Offices (PEOs)/Program Offices directly supporting ships, submarines and aircraft.

• Experience includes regular interactions with staff and senior leadership internal and external to affiliated organization.
