Mast Roofing & Construction of Oley, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Sales Manager to manage our overall sales process. Are you a sales industry pro with supervisory experience? This position comes with an amazing earning potential of $125K /year made up of a competitive base salary and commission, team bonus and performance bonus. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES MANAGER

As a Sales Manager, you use your extensive knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to put together an exceptional sales team. You ensure that our team members represent the company professionally at all times, are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have a positive team spirit. Your excellent leadership assists them in achieving their goals and driving revenue for the company.

You also make some outbound calls to acquire leads and follow up with clients. With each Repair Technician and Roofing Specialist, you conduct ride-alongs in order to identify areas of improvement and to acknowledge their successes. Your honesty and positive attitude help you to build strong relationships with your team, foremen, subcontractors, crew members, and clients.

Working alongside the General Manager, you attend company meetings where you work on keeping advertising expenses low and develop yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans. You love being immersed in this great company, feeling accomplished and proud as each project goes full circle.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of sales experience
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience
• Physical ability to access roofs
• Proven experience with meeting budgeted sales goals and developing marketing plans
• Prior earnings of at least $70,000/year
• You can demonstrate experience in Coaching & Mentoring: Participate in pre-call
  planning, post-call debriefing, encouraging consistent follow-ups, and pipeline
  management
• You can motivate, set goals and objectives for the team, design and manage rep.

• You have demonstrated experience building accountability and managing salesperson
  activity
• You present yourself professionally in all ways and at all times, are accountable and a
  consistent self-starter

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7 am-5 pm with some evenings and possibly some Saturdays as necessary. You can expect a 50-55 hour workweek.
