Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Are you someone who thrives on organization, loves solving problems, and enjoys building genuine relationships? Do you take pride in delivering top-notch work and being the person others count on to get things done? If so, this is your opportunity to shine. This full-time, in-office role is a key part of our operations team, supporting financial advisors across the country and helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently. Location: State College, PA (in-office position)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting daily operations and ongoing account maintenance.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with financial advisors and their teams.
• Guiding advisors through internal and custodian paperwork processes.
• Helping improve systems, streamline workflows, and enhance the client experience.

What You Bring

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, confident communication—both written and verbal.
• A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
• Tech-savviness, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Familiarity with Redtail or other CRMs is a plus.
• Experience in finance, banking, or wealth management is helpful, but not required.
