M Property Services is looking for an organized, driven, and people-focused Office Manager to become the operational heartbeat of our growing property management company. You'll be the person who keeps the office running efficiently, ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and helps both our team and clients have an exceptional experience.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $50,000 + Growth Incentives
Paid Time Off
$50,000 yearly base salary
Responsibilities:Lead daily office operations and team coordination
Drive accountability, follow-ups, and workflow completion
Manage client, tenant, vendor, and owner communications
Oversee contracts, lease compliance, and documentation
Resolve operational issues and improve office systems
Support leadership with reporting, planning, and team success
Office management or leadership experience in real estate preferred
Knowledge of leases, contracts, compliance, and move processes
Proficient with CRM platforms, EOS, and business technology
Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills
Organized, proactive, and confident working with all personality types
