Packaging Associate II – Hiring Immediately!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Packaging Associate II for our client in Allentown, PA. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment focused on quality and compliance in the packaging industry.

Location: Allentown, PA

Pay: $19.00/hour + shift differential + Overtime Opportunities

Shifts Available: [Day/Night/Weekend shifts – Flexible Scheduling]

• Perform product packaging and processing tasks
• Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process
• Enforce and maintain compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) including:
• Proper gowning and hygiene
• Safe handling and storage of materials
• Adherence to documentation standards
• Verify documentation accuracy, room identification, and equipment readiness
• Inspect and confirm incoming components to the packaging room
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow GMP guidelines and SOPs consistently
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or in a team
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
