Monday.com Implementation and Arcitect

We are looking for an experienced **Monday.com Implementation and Architect** to help design, build, and manage multiple client workspaces and automation systems. This is an hourly role for someone who can confidently manage at least **4 active projects at the same time**, communicate clearly with clients, and turn business requirements into clean, scalable Monday.com solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable building boards, dashboards, automations, integrations, CRM workflows, project management systems, sales pipelines, operations workflows, and reporting views. You should be able to understand a client’s process, recommend the right structure, and implement solutions that are easy for teams to use.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage at least 4 Monday.com implementation projects simultaneously
* Gather client requirements and translate them into Monday.com workflows
* Build boards, automations, dashboards, forms, and integrations
* Create CRM, project management, sales, operations, and reporting systems
* Troubleshoot existing Monday.com setups and improve system performance
* Communicate project updates clearly and consistently
* Document workflows and provide client training when needed
* Collaborate with internal team members to deliver projects on time

Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com
* Experience managing multiple implementation projects at once
* Understanding of CRM, project management, automation, and workflow design
* Ability to work independently and make smart architecture decisions
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with tools like Make, Zapier, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, or Airtable is a plus
* Ability to work hourly and track time accurately
