Full Stack Developer

Job overview: We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong ReactJS and NodeJS skills to help build our next-generation AI-powered Shopify app. You will work closely with our product and AI teams to create a seamless conversational shopping experience that connects natural language processing with e-commerce functionality.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain our Shopify app using ReactJS, NodeJS, and Shopify's API framework
• Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces for both merchants and shoppers
• Integrate with Shopify's product database through GraphQL APIs
• Develop backend services to support AI conversation flows and product recommendations
• Create and optimize MongoDB database structures for app performance
• Ensure the app meets Shopify App Store requirements and follows best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, UX designers, and QA testers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
• Stay updated on Shopify platform changes and implement necessary updates

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience with ReactJS development
• Minimum 1 year experience with NodeJS development
• Experience working with MongoDB
• Understanding of GraphQL concepts and implementation
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• English proficiency for technical documentation and team communication

Preferred

• Previous experience developing Shopify apps or themes
• Experience with Shopify's Admin API and StorefrontAPI (GraphQL)
• Familiarity with Shopify Polaris design system
• Knowledge of OAuth authentication flows
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Understanding of e-commerce concepts and customer behavior
• Experience with AI/ML integration or conversational interfaces
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
