CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE II
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to RFQs and manage due dates/commitment changes.
- Provide updates on item status.
- Collaborate extensively with multiple departments.
- Maintain constant communication flow with customers and internal teams.
Skills:
- Experience in customer service with 3+ years of experience
- Handling order tickets
- Nuclear industry experience is helpful not necessary Pharma, bio pharma, bio tech, and Military
- Planning and scheduling skills
- Good communications skills whether writing and speaking
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree
