Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations within a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to accurately review invoices through utility, leasing, and cyclical payment vendor portals. Key responsibilities include invoice-to-PO matching, posting invoices in SAP, and completing related ERP transactions to prepare invoices for the Finance team's payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review and process invoices through utility, leasing, and cyclical payment vendor portals.

• Match invoices to purchase orders (3-way match) and post invoices in SAP.

• Complete related ERP transactions to prepare invoices for the Finance team's payment processing.

• Maintain vendor information accurately and efficiently.

• Utilize Excel to create pivot tables and perform vlookups for data analysis.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in invoice processing within SAP.

• 3+ years of experience in vendor maintenance.

• 3+ years of experience matching invoices to purchase orders.

• Proficiency in creating pivot tables and vlookups in Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable, invoice processing, and purchase order management.

• Familiarity with vendor portals and ERP systems.

Work Environment

The role requires onsite presence 2-3 days a week for the first month during training. After training, the position transitions to a fully remote arrangement. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform job duties effectively while working remotely.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
