Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations within a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to accurately review invoices through utility, leasing, and cyclical payment vendor portals. Key responsibilities include invoice-to-PO matching, posting invoices in SAP, and completing related ERP transactions to prepare invoices for the Finance team's payment processing.

Responsibilities

Accurately review and process invoices through utility, leasing, and cyclical payment vendor portals.

Match invoices to purchase orders (3-way match) and post invoices in SAP.

Complete related ERP transactions to prepare invoices for the Finance team's payment processing.

Maintain vendor information accurately and efficiently.

Utilize Excel to create pivot tables and perform vlookups for data analysis.
Essential Skills
-
3+ years of experience in invoice processing within SAP.

3+ years of experience in vendor maintenance.
-
3+ years of experience matching invoices to purchase orders.

Proficiency in creating pivot tables and vlookups in Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Experience with accounts payable, invoice processing, and purchase order management.

Familiarity with vendor portals and ERP systems.
Work Environment
The role requires onsite presence 2-3 days a week for the first month during training. After training, the position transitions to a fully remote arrangement. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform job duties effectively while working remotely.

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
