Now Hiring: Fabrication Technician
We are hiring Fabrication Technicians to work day or night shift in our manufacturing facility. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on role where you will help build, finish, and prepare products for shipment. Training is provided for candidates who are reliable and willing to learn.
Job Details

- Shift: Day or Night Shift
- Schedule: 12‑hour shifts
- Type: Full‑time, long‑term opportunity
What You Will Do
- Build and finish products following instructions
- Drill holes, attach handles, and seal parts
- Cut products at angles using a chop saw
- Measure parts accurately using a tape measure
- Pack and crate finished products for shipping
- Use hand and power tools such as drills, nail guns, hammers, and wrenches
- Help with general labor and machine support work
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Follow all safety rules and wear required protective gear
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Able to read and use a tape measure
- At least 3 months of construction, production, or manufacturing experience
- At least 3 months using hand and power tools
- Comfortable working 12‑hour rotating shifts
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Fabrication or general labor experience
- Experience using chop saws
- Machine or production line experience
- Entry‑level candidates with tool experience are welcome
Work Environment
- manufacturing facility
- Clean shop
- Use of power tools and machinery daily
- Steel‑toe boots required (jeans and t‑shirts allowed)

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alum Bank, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
