THE ROLE

- Create an exceptional dining experience for every guest, from the moment they're seated to their final farewell

- Guide guests through our menu with confidence and genuine enthusiasm — making recommendations, describing dishes, and pairing beverages

- Actively sell food and beverage offerings in a way that feels natural, knowledgeable, and never pushy

- Execute all table service to a high technical standard: proper wine and cocktail service, multi-course sequencing, and precise timing with the kitchen

- Handle guest needs gracefully and efficiently, even during peak service

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout each shift

- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and floor team to deliver seamless service
