Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser procedures and wellness (i.e., weight management, hair restoration)
- Conduct thorough consultations and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on procedures, skincare, and wellness programs.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
- Contribute to practice growth and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with medical and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic provider experience with proven client retention.
- Skilled in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and full-face rejuvenation.
- skilled in laser treatments
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented.
