Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser procedures and wellness (i.e., weight management, hair restoration)
• Conduct thorough consultations and treatment planning.
• Educate patients on procedures, skincare, and wellness programs.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
• Contribute to practice growth and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with medical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 3 years of aesthetic provider experience with proven client retention.
• Skilled in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and full-face rejuvenation.
• skilled in laser treatments
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented.
