Call Center - Virtual Member Experience Advisor - Financial Account Specialist - Remote | WFH
- Provide guidance on electronic and mobile offerings, including Online/Mobile Teller, Bill Payer, Quick Pay, and e-Pay.
- Serve as a financial consultant, using your knowledge to identify and address both perceived and unperceived member needs.
- Manage lead generation requests through our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other platforms.
- Open new accounts, including certificates of deposit, money market accounts, IRAs, and more, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Process loan applications, review options with members, prepare documentation, and ensure a smooth loan disbursement process.
- Assist members with account maintenance requests, including check orders and debit card inquiries.
- Educate members on self-service technology and tools to enhance their banking experience.
- Utilize sales tracking systems and member data programs to analyze engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct member transactions through various channels, including video, phone, and mail.
- Prepare reports and assist with data compilation as needed.
- Meet and exceed goals related to loan closures, new memberships, and e-service usage.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to help members achieve their financial goals.
- Interview loan applicants and process applications using our automated loan approval system.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all member and employee-related information.
- Provide support to other Contact Center advisor positions as needed.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to ensure efficient service delivery. **Qualifications:**- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a call center environment within a credit union or financial institution.
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility to work during Call Center hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- FICEP certification (to be completed after hire).
- Strong understanding of credit union products and services, with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Data Verity, Better Lobby, Meridian Link, and Symitar is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of lending products, deposit products, electronic services, and interest rates.
