🚧 Immediate Job Opportunity: Road Construction Flagger 🚧

Location : Reading, PA

Shift : Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay : $16/hour to start, $17/hour after 90 days, $18/hour after 6 months

We’re hiring Flaggers immediately to join a road construction crew in Reading, PA. If you're reliable, alert, and ready to work outdoors, this is your chance to start right away!

Job Responsibilities :

• Direct motorists and communicate detour routes clearly
• Ensure safety of construction teams on site
• Set up and tear down traffic control zones daily
• Remain alert and responsive to traffic flow
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Qualifications:

• No experience needed – entry-level welcome!
• Must have a valid PA Driver’s License

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
