2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience working on heavy machinery.
• Strong mechanical capabilities with motors, gears, bearings, and related components.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on industrial equipment.
• Hands-on experience performing preventative maintenance on motors and gear systems.
• Ability to perform welding tasks required for maintenance and repair work.
• Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics in an industrial setting.
• Basic understanding of industrial electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read and use standard mechanic tools and metric tools for maintenance tasks.
• Capability to work safely and effectively in a heavy industrial shop environment.
• Self-starter mindset with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with industrial electrical systems is a plus.
• Experience as an automotive technician or mechatronics graduate is welcome.
• Comfort working with welding and fabrication equipment to support repairs and modifications.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a growing and expanding facility.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with a small maintenance crew and production staff.
• Willingness to learn additional electrical and PLC skills over time.
• Ownership of a complete mechanic tool set, with metric tools strongly preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.

- 40 hours PTO prorated at time of hire - 90 days in receives additional 24 hours PTO - PTO increase after 1st and 2nd year - 7 paid holidays -optional Aflac -simple IRA -Capital Blue -Principal Medical -Long term disability - Company $150 boot reimbursement every 2 years - Company uniforms provided

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.
