Healthcare Professional Therapist - Remote | WFH

Provide individual and group therapy through a secure telehealth platform, supporting clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
Utilize a trauma-informed approach and evidence-based practices to guide clients toward long-term recovery.
Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and adjust personalized treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
Deliver crisis intervention, education, and relapse prevention strategies to ensure clients receive continuous, high-quality support.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and other healthcare professionals.
Provide specialized insight into healthcare professional monitoring programs and licensing boards, ensuring comprehensive client care.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in a behavioral health field with at least five years of clinical experience.
Active licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
Two or more years of experience providing therapy via telehealth.
Experience in an outpatient setting working with dual-diagnosis and substance use disorder (SUD) clients.
Strong background in working with healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy techs, physician assistants).
Proficiency in telehealth platforms and digital communication tools.
A commitment to advancing virtual behavioral health treatment and reducing barriers to care.
