Accountability : Store Manager

Status: Full Time or Part Time

Purpose : To assist in providing supervision, customer service, and keeping the store and dock running smoothly.

Duties:

• Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
• Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases & donations.
• Be part of staff meetings and team building.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Oversee staff devotions including prayer and scripture reading.

• Experience in leadership and organization
• Experience in the retail environment
• Can be courteous and sociable to customers
• Dependable
• Integrity
