We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, and is eager to grow within the dental field.
What We’re Looking For
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, grow, and cross-train within the practice
- Prior experience in a dental or medical office preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Open Dental and TDO a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
