Rental Loaner Manager – Pacifico Auto Group

Pacifico Auto Group is currently seeking a Rental Loaner Manager to oversee our growing fleet of 40–60 vehicles across three dealerships located just minutes from the Philadelphia Airport, I-95, and all major bridges.

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized professional with excellent leadership and customer service skills. A positive attitude and the ability to motivate a team are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vehicles are consistently rental-ready to maximize fleet utilization and minimize revenue loss
• Manage all vehicle documentation including registration, insurance, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate manufacturer recalls and preventative maintenance
• Oversee timely repairs and collaborate with body shops to return damaged vehicles to service
• Handle customer service issues to ensure a positive rental experience
• Verify rental eligibility, including ID, driver credentials, and insurance coverage
• Schedule and manage vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics
• Oversee decommissioning of vehicles (removal of decals, telematics, documentation)
• Maintain accurate maintenance and performance records
• Generate internal reports related to fleet utilization, cost control, and operations
• Use fleet management software to track and manage all assets (TSD experience is a plus)
• Collaborate closely with service and sales teams to meet departmental goals

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
