- Earn More: $18/hr base pay with $27/hr for overtime and a $350 sign-on bonus.
- Specialty Bonuses: Receive a $100 monthly on-call bonus plus a $300 annual professional development reimbursement.

- Schedule: Full-time availability between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Expect 40 hours between those times
- Impact: Provide high-quality personal care, step in for urgent client needs, and mentor new caregivers in the field.
- Growth: Represent our agency during new client starts and collaborate with our care coordination team.
- Active PA CNA license or 4+ years of professional caregiving experience.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for in-person travel within Montgomery County.
