Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to support environmental monitoring activities in a regulated cleanroom environment. This role involves routine sampling, accurate data entry, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. A strong understanding of aseptic techniques and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental monitoring of production cleanrooms, including during aseptic processing and media fills, using:
  • Non-viable particle counters
  • Contact plates
  • Microbial air samplers
• Perform utility sampling (e.g., WFI, purified water, compressed gases) using appropriate monitoring equipment
• Read and enumerate microbial plates
• Accurately enter data into tracking systems
• Ensure compliance with ICH, GMP, and safety regulations
• Promptly report unexpected results, deviations, or equipment issues to management
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique
• Prior leadership experience is preferred

Additional Details: 

The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30pm . Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedule changes requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of West Chestr, PA are encouraged to apply.
