Affiliate Manager - Delivery Team
Gen3 is looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of a portfolio of affiliate marketing programs. This role blends strategic thinking, performance analytics, and relationship management to drive measurable client outcomes.
As an Affiliate Manager, you will translate business objectives into scalable affiliate initiatives, optimize performance through data-driven insights, and build high-impact partnerships that fuel sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning- Translate client business objectives into comprehensive affiliate channel strategies
- Establish success metrics, performance targets, forecasts, and budget allocations
- Identify growth opportunities across recruitment, activation, and optimization initiatives
- Build quarterly roadmaps that align affiliate efforts with broader marketing goals
- Oversee the full lifecycle of affiliate program management across multiple accounts
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Implement testing strategies to improve conversion rates, revenue, and ROI
- Manage promotional calendars, creative updates, and offer launches
- Proactively recruit and activate high-value affiliate partners
- Negotiate placements, exclusive opportunities, and performance-based incentives
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to drive engagement and incremental growth
- Ensure compliance, accurate payments, and operational excellence across the partner base
- Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions
- Deliver clear, insight-driven reporting with actionable recommendations
- Secure stakeholders buy-in for growth initiatives and new investments
- Monitor KPIs regularly to ensure programs are on track to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain adherence to internal best practices, quality standards, and delivery processes
- Manage reporting cadence and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support integrated marketing efforts
