SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The patient experience coordinator will be the main point of contact for all patient experience initiatives at the respective hospital location. The Coordinator will oversee and maintain the formal complaints and grievance process, in accordance with CMS regulations and will also, coach and partner with staff to maintain and improve patient satisfaction. Additionally, this position will oversee and lead efforts to ensure compliance with federal and state laws governing interpretive services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum two (2) years relevant experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
-
Healthcare patient advocacy experience preferred.
