Interim Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Leader
Key Details
- Compensation: $100-110/hour
- Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance offered for contract consultants
- Location: Remote with biweekly travel to Danville, PA that is reimbursed
- Oversee inpatient and outpatient CDI operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Lead CDI teams and drive best practices across clinical documentation workflows
- Collaborate with physicians, coding professionals and clinical leadership
- Act as the primary partner to Huron consultants, ensuring alignment and execution
- Track performance metrics and implement scalable, sustainable improvements
- Support organizational goals related to quality care and reimbursement integrity
- Prior experience leading CDI programs in hospital environments
- Strong command of documentation standards, coding guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver measurable outcomes
