We are currently seeking a QA Automation Lead - TestRail and Playwright (Hybrid) to join our team in King Of Prussia , Pennsylvania (US-PA) , United States (US) .

Responsibilities:

• Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings
• Supporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release
• Understanding requirements & data mapping.
• Interact with Dev team, BA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects for understanding project requirements, Technical design.
• Construct test scenarios from business requirements, functional specifications and design documents and ensure that requirements are linked to test artifacts and requirement coverage is adequate.
• Evaluate test data against expected scenarios, identifying deficiencies.
• Prepare test data to validate all positive and negative scenarios as needed.
• Run the Load and fix the issue if any come during the load
• Perform Regression testing, Functional testing, automated testing where possible.
• Create defects for identified issues and participate in the defects triage meeting as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience on web application testing using both Manual and using Automation tools / scripts. - 8+yrs
• Must have strong experience in API and web services testing using both Manual and using Automation tools / scripts.- 5 + yrs
• Good experience in UI Testing
• Must be able to write SQL queries required for data validation.

• Should be familiar with Web and API application automation techniques.
• Experience with Test Automation tools like TestRail, Playwright, Selenium, Python
• Should have experience in leading QA teams.
• Should have scripting knowledge for automation (Web & API), preferred language is Python
• Should have worked in Agile development.

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience with Mobility testing- 5+ yrs
• Experience with JIRA- 5+ yrs
• Finance domain experience: basic concept and terminology
