Orion Allied Healthcare is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs)for a travel assignment in State College, PA. This is a great opportunity to provide critical care in a supportive environment while enjoying the lifestyle of Pennsylvania.

- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks (extensions available)
- Shift: Days
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay: $2,268.00

Responsibilities
- Continuously assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs (like blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels), and identify any deterioration.
- Administer medications and treatments, set up and manage IV lines and other life-support equipment, and perform procedures like intubation.
- Act quickly in life-saving situations and be prepared to respond to medical emergencies.
- Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual treatment plans.
- Provide education to patients and their families about their condition and treatment, and offer emotional support during stressful times.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU RN experience
- Active RN license
- Strong critical care skills and ability to perform in high-acuity settings
