Pay: Starting rate at $30.25 Depending on experience.

Schedules Available:

• C Shift: Sunday-Tuesday 7pm-7am every other Saturday 7pm-7am
• D Shift: Wednesday-Friday 7pm-7am every other Saturday 7pm-7am

What Youll Need:

• HS Diploma or GED
• 1 year as a technician in a production or manufacturing environment or equivalent year for year directly related education

Preferred Qualifications:

• General understanding of facility electrical wiring and power distribution.
• General understanding of mechanical functions / applications.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and prints.
• Electrical troubleshooting ability with understanding of AC/DC control wiring and relay logic.
• Basic understanding of PLC.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office (Word Excel etc.)
• Knowledge of servo hydraulic and pneumatically actuated equipment.
• Knowledge of INFOR-EAM or comparative Maintenance Management System.

What Youll Do:

• Evaluate equipment failures and provides complex emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment. 
• Ensure repairs and equipment downtime does not negatively impact the ability to meet service level agreements. 
• Perform complex technical duties but not limited to mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production/facility machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and services.
• Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Detect faulty operations defective material and makes necessary repairs; reporting any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Operate motorized equipment as necessary for driving and repairs to include forklift order selector pallet jack floor sweeper etc.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Helps maintain documentation for facility and equipment.
