Our client is seeking an experienced Traveling Commercial Superintendent to join our client, a well-established general contractor specializing in projects across the Northeast Market, including MI, PA, MA, DE, ME, VT, and NY State. With over 30+ years of industry experience, this organization has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Commercial TI, Tenant Improvement, Grocery, Ground-up Retail, Public Works, and Commercial Renovation projects.

Job Description

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality craftsmanship.
• Resolve on-site issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in tenant improvement or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
