• Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Maintenance Technician, you are the backbone of our property operations. Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will handle everything from daily work orders to long-term preventative care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs & Upkeep: Troubleshooting and fixing basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting issues.

• Unit Turns: Ensuring apartments are functional and move-in ready for new residents.

• Groundskeeping: Maintaining curb appeal through basic landscaping, lawn care, and winter snow removal/salting.

• Inventory Management: Stocking, organizing, and ordering essential maintenance supplies.

• Emergency Response: Participating in an on-call rotation to handle urgent after-hours repairs.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a "jack-of-all-trades" who enjoys variety in their workday.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in apartment complex upkeep or a related field.

• Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.

• Efficiency: Ability to complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reliability: A professional attitude and the ability to be on-call for emergencies.
