Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.68 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on building plumbing systems to ensure optimal working order.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems and lighting fixtures, including replacing bulbs, ballasts, and addressing minor wiring issues as needed.
• Inspect and maintain roof and building weather seals, executing minor repairs to prevent leaks and ensure building integrity.
• Replace HVAC filters as directed, contributing to the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems.
• Ensure building access door emergency lighting systems are functional and compliant with safety standards.
• Utilize various hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Demonstrated understanding of basic plumbing principles and repair techniques.
• Foundational knowledge of electrical systems and lighting maintenance.
• Ability to perform minor roof and building weather seal repairs.
• Experience with HVAC filter replacement.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
